As a sensitive soul myself, I spent years holding back my voice and trying to people-please my way to connection.
I was told I was “too quiet” and “too sensitive.” I tried to change who I was which made me feel stuck in self-criticism and fear.
I finally found a deeper connection to my inner self. Astrology and spiritual wisdom (outside of religion!) gave me the FREEDOM to be who I was born to be. I grew in my confidence and learned how to speak authentically.

Iris Spiritual Coaching is a 4-month program designed to help you uncover your magic, embrace your voice, and move through the world with confidence.
Through a blend of astrology, rituals, communication strategies, and tailored coaching, this program will help you:

The Iris Framework
Seed
Your birth chart is the seed. It captures all of your inherent gifts, challenges, and divine wisdom. As you discover the truth of who you are, your potential will crack open.
Throughout our 4 months together, we will return to your birth chart over and over again, unlocking new layers and clarifying the nuance of who you are and where you’re going.
Water
A growing plant requires attention and energy. This step includes all the rituals, routines, and embodiment work that will develop your spiritual connection and gifts.
Together, we will explore practices to develop your intuition, nurture self-trust, and move you towards your goals. I will offer accountability while continuing to use your birth chart as a compass.
Bloom
Finally, the iris blooms in her full authentic expression. Her gentle spirit is her strength as she fearlessly takes up space—petals reaching up and down, grounded and free.
The last step in our process is identifying strengths in your communication style, and how to use your voice with more power. We also support your creative expression and energetic presence.

I understand your challenges because I’ve lived them.
For years, I struggled to feel safe in my own skin, to share my voice, and to trust my inner magic. But on the other side of those fears, I’ve found strength, clarity, and the freedom to live authentically.

Over the past decade, I’ve supported hundreds of tender-hearted humans in uplifting their strengths, developing their gifts, and showing up for their dreams with more confidence.
I draw on my work as an astrologer, speech-language pathologist, and intuitive coach to help you live the life of your dreams.
I am naming this program Iris Spiritual Coaching for many reasons, including the significance of the iris in my maternal lineage (my mother, grandmother, and great grandmother have tended to these beautiful flowers.) The iris is named after the greek goddess Iris, who was a divine messenger for the Gods. Irises represent spiritual connection, wisdom, dignity, and voice.
Here’s what the process looks like:
Initial kick-off session (50 minutes):
In our first session, we’ll dive deep into where you are now and where you want to go. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, explore any fears or challenges, and begin uncovering the magic in your astrological birth chart. You’ll leave with clarity and actionable practices to start your journey right away.
Personalized Coaching Sessions (50 minutes, twice a month):
Each session is tailored to your goals and includes:
Exploring your birth chart to uncover your unique strengths, emotional needs, values, and life purpose.
Embodiment practices like gentle breathwork and visualization to connect with your inner wisdom.
Tarot and oracle card readings to gain clarity and intuitive guidance.
Gentle suggestions of spiritual and creative practices to weave into your routines.
Communication strategies to help you express yourself confidently and clearly.
A plan of action steps to implement between sessions, so you can see steady growth.
Action Step Emails (sent after each session):
You’ll receive a clear summary of our session, including key themes, action steps, and any additional resources to support your progress.
Ongoing Support (via Marco Polo):
Between sessions, I’m available for check-ins and encouragement. Whether you need guidance or just a listening ear, I’ll be here to help you stay grounded and motivated.
Final Integration Session (50 minutes):
In our last session, we’ll reflect on your progress and create a plan to continue integrating the insights and strategies you’ve gained. You’ll leave with clarity and confidence about how to move forward.
